Safety Declaration

As a purveyer of food, I take food safety and cleanliness to heart.  One of the reasons I refuse to cook meat is because the byproducts of cooking meat are havens for harmful bacteria and create filth from the grease.  No offense.  I occasionally eat meat, as well, when my body feels like it needs it.  But I feel much relieved, as, the simplicity with which I have to clean is greatened by serving only plant-derived food.
